Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined according to our Refund Policy. No-shows or late cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of rental fees.
Marasi Boats reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger whose behavior may compromise the safety or comfort of others. All guests must comply with maritime safety regulations and crew instructions.
For the safety of our guests, trips may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to adverse weather conditions, sea conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered where applicable.
Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. Marasi Boats shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where required by law.
The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the vessel, equipment, or facilities during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
Alcohol consumption may be permitted where legally allowed; however, excessive intoxication, unsafe behavior, or actions that endanger passengers or crew will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the rental without refund.
